Location-It should be in such a place where there r no distubances,near to ur work office,no pollution..
I would ask him/her how many houses they have sold within the past few months. Also, do they answer the phone when you call them on their cell? Do they “honestly” care about you or the money. Make sure they are looking out for your best interest. If they are pushy then that is not the buyers agent for you.
