DerrelJI :
On a part-time basis, I want to find homeowners in my community that are unable to sell their house and are considernig renting it. I want to take pictures, post descriptions, find qualified renters and get a signed lease/agreement for both parties. What do I need (professionally) in order to do this?

You can either get a real estate sales license and work for a broker doing this. Or get a real estate brokers license, but in most states you have to work as an agent for 2 years before you can take the test.
